"Schedule is like architectural models, they are small three-dimensional versions of the final building." After entering the schedule data, we have a draft schedule. In most situations, the draft schedule will have long durations, high cost, unreasonable workloads or combination of these. We need to convert the draft schedule to optimal schedule. An optimal schedule is a version that meets the requirements brought forward by project stakeholders. In this webinar, we will focus on managing resource overallocations to convert a draft schedule to optimal schedule by using the features of Project 2010.

FIX Your Computer Is Low On Memory Windows 7/8/10

04:04
This is a brief tutorial on how to resolve low memory pop-ups you may be receiving on your Windows computer. “Your Computer Is Low On Memory” warnings happen when Windows has run out of space to put the data it needs to store when you’re running different applications. This can be either in the RAM modules in your computer, or also on the hard disk, when the free RAM has been filled up. The following error message/dialogue box will appear: On Windows 8/10: "Your computer is low on memory. To restore enough memory for programs to work correctly, save your files and then close or restart all open programs. On Windows 7: Close programs to prevent information loss. Your computer is low on memory. Save your files and close these programs. When your computer doesn’t have enough memory for all of the actions it’s trying to perform, Windows and your programs can stop working. To help prevent information loss, Windows will notify you when your computer is low on memory. Your computer has two types of memory, random access memory (RAM) and virtual memory. All programs use RAM, but when there isn’t enough RAM for the program you’re trying to run, Windows temporarily moves information that would normally be stored in RAM to a file on your hard disk called a paging file. The amount of information temporarily stored in a paging file is also referred to as virtual memory. Using virtual memory—in other words, moving information to and from the paging file—frees up enough RAM for programs to run correctly. Your computer is low on memory problems occur when your computer runs out of RAM and becomes low on virtual memory. This can happen when you run more programs than the RAM installed on the computer is designed to support. Low memory problems can also occur when a program doesn’t free up memory that it no longer needs. This problem is called memory overuse or a memory leak. This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).

Moodle 3.0 Tutorial for Beginners - Adding a Page Resource

04:33
https://www.udemy.com/moodle-tutorial/?couponCode=YOUTUBEGIFT10 Continuing with our section of adding different types of learning resources for your student in Moodle - in this lesson we will see how to add a HTML page with leaarning content directly into our course. Contrast this with the previous lesson where you learnt how to add a downloadable PDF file. We will start with putting the course homepage into editing mode by clicking the "Turn editing on button". Now, I want to add a webpage page into the first section. I will again click on the "Add activity or resource" link - and scroll down to the "Resources" section. You should already be very familiar with this much now. Select the page radio button. As before lesson, I will fill the name and description fields. A page can display text, images, sound, video, web links and embedded code, such as Google maps. Advantages of using the page module rather than the file module include the resource being more accessible - for example to users of mobile devices and easier to update. For large amounts of content, it's recommended that a book is used rather than a page - which we will see in a later lesson. There are 2 great things about the page - which I will demonstrate in this lesson. When I paste my sample lesson - do notice that there is a table in the content - and it is copied over quite truthfully into the editor. You may not notice it but the content from Microsoft Word to HTML code has happened quite seamlessly by Moodle's editor. This is a powerful editor and you will want to take full leverage of this fact. Another fantastic ability is to add videos and sound recordings. I will show how easy it is to add videos. I click on the "Media" icon here and am presented with the familiar file picker dialog box. I have discussed this dialog box in a previous lesson in the same section. So, I locate and add the video file. A note of caution: the video file size you can upload will be limited by your system admin. So, first go ahead and try to upload the video - if you get an error message - then contact your system admin. If you DO have admin access and you are getting video file size restriction then open up your PHP.ini file and increase the value on the variable "upload_max_filesize". Then do NOT forget to restart apache webserver. OK. Now I have finished uploading the video and created my fantastic webpage lesson. I will save and return to course. And we can see the new lesson webpage has been faithfully added. To see how this will look to the students - you can turn editing OFF now. Let me open the new webpage added in a new tab to show you how nice it works. You can see the video has been added and the HTML webpage also has been created. There is literally no end to how you can manipulate an HTML webpage - and you can be as creative as you like. You can add sound files, flash files - literally anything that you can do with HTML. This is great because using multiple media can create a powerful learning experience for the students. Moodle 3.0 Tutorial for Beginners - Adding a File Resource

04:38
https://www.udemy.com/moodle-tutorial/?couponCode=YOUTUBEGIFT10 Throughout this section, we will focus on creating different types of learning content for your course. In this lesson, we will start with the most rudimentary and most commonly used type of content - a file resource. Basically, you will make a document available to the student from a particular section of your course homepage. You might want to add such resources to share presentations, or share source code with the class, autocad draft files and literally any other type of content. In my case, I want to add a PDF document which is pre-reading material that I want my students to read through before coming to the class - thus enabling a flipped class model. OK, the first thing to do, like always, is to turn editing ON. You can see that I have created section headings for all my 9 sections. Now, I want to add a file resource into my first section titled "Introduction to C language". You can also notice that every section has a link called "Add an activity or resource" - and that is precisely what we want to do. So, I will click that and a popup window appears - with 20 different powerful tool options. The activities are listed first and resources second. I will scroll down and select the file resource - and then click on "Add". The page that follows allows you to configure your downloadable file resource. We first start with a name - I will paste it in the textbox. In the description box, again, I have some ready text which I will paste in. By default, the description you provide here will NOT show on the course page. You will have to explicitly enable it by the checkbox provided just below. You might sometimes choose to add a descriptor just for your own reference. But, I have chosen to show it to the students because I also have a message for them to read. And the next thing to do is upload the file. I will explain this interface now, because it is consistent throughout Moodle. If you click on this space, the standard Moodle file picker dialog box will fire up. If your file is already up on the server - because you have uploaded it already in a different course for example... you can select it from the "Server files". If not, you can just upload the file from a file picker - from the "Browse" button. Additionally, you can give it a different name. And further you can also choose a license type for your file upload. Please be aware that the licence given to a file when uploaded to Moodle does not in any way affect its visibility on a course. It simply creates the default when it is being re-used elsewhere on Moodle. Now I am going to cancel this window - and show another very convenient way. I will just drag and drop a file into the area. This will automatically upload it onto the server. There are a couple of other sections here for appearance and "common module settings" - which are not necessary now. So, I will scroll to the bottom and finally click on the "Save and return to course" button. When we return to the course homepage, I can see that my downloadable file has been added to the section. To see how it will appear exactly to my students, I will "Turn editing off". And there, perfect! Now, my students have a pre-class reading material that they can download and read. In the next few lessons, we will see more activities and resources. See you in the next class. In the previous section we looked at setting up the resources that we're going to use in our building project. And I left you with an exercise where I asked you to add a carpenter as a work resource and door and window as material resources. And I'm looking now at the resource sheet in example_04. Now I appreciate that term carpenter normally implies a much more skilled resource than somebody who fits windows and doors. And in the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and various other English speaking countries, the term joiner would be used. But I believe that term is no longer in use in the U.S.A. Similarly, there's a fairly common abbreviation for a carpenter or joiner working on a building site of Chipee but you wouldn't use that expression in the U.S.A. So we'll start with this list of resources and we're now going to assign these resources to various tasks in our building project. So I'm going to switch back to the Gantt Chart using the button on the status bar, left hand button takes me back to the Gantt Chart. Now I'm going to right click on the task Build walls, and when I right click, one of the items that I can see on the contextual menu is Assign resources. It's just below the midway point. Click on Assign resources and I see the Assign Resources dialog which is a dialog that you'll use a lot when you're working with Project 2013. Now quite a lot of this Assign Resources dialog we're going to look at later on. For instance, if I click on the plus sign here where it says Resource list options there are facilities there, for example, to filter. If I have a long list of resources and I want to find a suitable resource by filtering I can use the filter facilities. I can also look at finding out which resources are actually available for a task rather than being used elsewhere. But I'm not going to go into any of that at the moment. We're going to do some of those things later on in the course. For the moment, all I want to do is to allocate the brick layer to the task of building walls. Now the very simplest way of doing that is having selected the brick layer is to just click on the Assign button, and what happens if I just click on Assign is that the brick layer is assigned 100%. That means one brick layer. And depending on the cost figures, the cost of using the brick layer on that task is indicated here. Now at the moment I haven't put any cost in. We're going to come back to cost later on. But if I had put a rate per hour and possibly even an additional cost per use, then the total cost of using the brick layer on building those walls would be shown here. I could go through now and assign more resources to more tasks. The first thing I'm going to do though is to actually close this Assign Resources dialog and look at the impact of what I've just done on the Gantt Chart. Now you may not quite see the same as me here but if you're still using a default installation of Project 2013, you should see something pretty similar. And one of the things that's apparent is that you can now see the word Brick Layer next to the task in the Gantt Chart. Now exactly what you see in a Gantt Chart is something we're going to look at in some detail later on. You can customize and format a Gantt Chart but basically by default you would normally see the names of the resources that are used in a particular task listed next to the Gantt Chart bar. Now we'll be able to change that later on, but for the moment it's actually quite useful because we can see that we've got a brick layer resource allocated to the task of building walls. Oh-oh! We couldn't fit the entire video transcription here - YouTube only allows 5000 characters. No worries, you can get the transcripts for all our Project 2013 videos offered here on YouTube AND a free 3-hour video course for MS Project 2013. Configure enhanced session mode

11:19
What is Enhanced Session Mode? Let's see how it allows virtual machines access to resources on the host computer. For more, check out http://itfreetraining.com. This video will look at Enhanced Session Mode in Hyper-V. This is a new feature of Hyper-V which allows local resources on the administrator’s computer to be accessed by the virtual machine. Enhanced Session Mode 0:05 Enhanced session mode allows a virtual machine to use resources of the host machine, for example, USB flash drives. It also allows access to additional local resources on the administrator machine that were previously not available. Access is available to local disks, USB devices, local printers, audio devices, clipboard, smartcards, plug and play devices, and display configuration and resolution. This is enabled via the VMBus, which is part of the Integration Services install. Requirements 02:18 Host and Client need to be Server 2012 R2 or Windows 8.1. Enabled by default in Windows 8.1 and disabled by default in Windows Server 2012 R2 Demonstration 3:28 Right click the Start Menu and select Search. 3:34 Enter ‘Hyper’ and select Hyper-V Manager from the list. 3:44 Right click Hyper-V Manager and select Connect to Server. 3:52 Enter in the host you want to connect to, in this case, the Server 2012 R2 host running Hyper-V. 4:07 Select the option Hyper-V Settings on the right hand side. 4:14 Select Enhanced Session Mode Policy from the list on the left. 4:19 Put a check in the box for Allow Enhanced Session Mode. 4:33 Click on Enhanced Session Mode under the User section on the left. 4:35 Make sure the checkbox to allow Enhanced Session mode is checked so that it will be enabled when connecting to a virtual machine. 5:00 Right click on the virtual machine and click Settings. 5:06 Select Integration Services from the left hand column. 5:11 Check the box for Guest Services. If Guest Services is not checked, Enhanced Session mode will not work regardless of the other settings. 5:24 In some cases, a virtual machine restart is needed for Guest Services to work. 5:33 Right click the virtual machine and select Connect. 5:44 You should now see a box for selecting the display resolution that previously didn’t appear. 6:10 Click on Show Options to see any additional available options and to allow you to save your settings for the future. 6:28 Select the Local Resources tab. 6:34 Click on Settings under Audio Settings to configure audio options for the session. 6:58 The bottom section allows you to use local printers and clipboard if the boxes are checked. 7:21 Click the More button to allow access to local hard drives, plug and play devices, etc. 7:49 Selecting ‘Drives that I plug in later’ will allow for access to USB flash drives that are connected after your session begins. 8:22 Press Connect to connect to the virtual machine and login. 8:34 Open Windows Explorer and confirm that the A, C, and D drive from the local machine are available. 9:02 Right click on the Start Menu and click Search. Type in ‘printers’ and select the Devices and Printers app. 9:18 You should see some printers with “Redirected 1” for printers that are connected via Enhanced Session mode and are printers from the local computer. 9:48 Uses the same technology as Remote Desktop, but without requiring a network connection 9:58 Click on the icon for Basic Session, the window will change to a standard console session and the drives and printers will no longer be available. 10:18 Click on Hyper-V Settings in Hyper-V Manager. 10:22 Select Enhanced Session Mode, uncheck the box to disable enhanced session mode and click on OK. 10:38 Right click on the virtual machine and click on Connect and the Enhanced session mode dialog box will not appear and you will be entered into a basic session. 10:50 Click on the Enhanced Session icon to switch to an enhanced session, therefore, the administrator can determine whether they want the default session to be enhanced or basic. 42. Rich text editor in touch UI dialog in AEM

04:03
Rich text editor in touch UI dialog in AEM: In this video I have covered how you can add rich text editory in touch ui dialog in aem. Rich text editor provides several features such as: bold italic underline list alignment find and replace subscript and superscript specll check etc In this video I will replace textfield in title component dialog with the rich text editor. To make rich text editor work first open the chrome://flags in the new tab in chrome browser. Disable the toch event api then only it will work. Now use the sling:resourceType as cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/richtext and now copy the rtePlugins and uiSetting from the foundation text component this process is called overlaying. Now open the title component, you can see the options has been enabled now for rich text. But saving the text will add the html tabs over there. In the next video we will see how you can resolve this issue and more plugins. share, support, like and subscribe Subscribe : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5Lc... How to create dialog box in Android

01:14:04
We'll see how dialog works? A dialog is a small window that prompts the user to make a decision or enter additional information in android there are multiple types of dialogs like Alert dialogs , date pickers , time pickers , progress dialogs and custom dialogs. First of all we create new module then 1.select phone and tablet module 2. click on next 3. give application name i.e. dialog. Dialog is something user interactive notification. You can see all dialogs - 1) AlertDialog - A dialog that can show a title, up to three buttons, a list of selectable items, or a custom layout. 2) DatePickerDialog or TimePickerDialog - A dialog with a pre-defined UI that allows the user to select a date or time. If you want a custom layout in a dialog, create a layout and add it to an AlertDialog by calling setView() on your AlertDialog.Builder object." 48. Create a hero component using fileupload field in AEM.

08:34
Create a hero component using fileupload field in AEM.In this video I have covered how you can create a component that uses fileUpload field to upload an image and reading that image on component. First, create a normal component name hero. Now, in content page's, body.html file used data-sly-resource attribute to include this hero component. Create editConfig node to make this component editable. Now, copy the cq:dialog from the image components available in libs/wcm/foundation/components. You can see we have file and title node here. Where file node has fileUpload field and fileReferenceParameter as fileReference. This fileUpload filed in dialog box would allow to upload an image. And the fileReference is used to read the component. As htl can't parse js and css so use the cotext as styleString to make it work. Now upload the image by opening the dialog and save it. You will see backgroud image over the component. share, support, like and subscribe Subscribe : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5Lc... LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/in/pankaj-ch... Papyrus is the language used in The Elder Scrolls Skyrim to script different events in the game. I recommend you not only watch my videos, but check out the Creation Kit Wiki, which is a great source of information. The wiki also has plenty of example scripts and lines of code to head you in the right direction. In this tutorial video, we will be starting my going over the basics and creating a simple message box. Although there are a number of things you can do with hyperlinks to add navigational features to your PowerPoint presentations, you can also just use them to display what is known as "rollover or mouseover text" onscreen during a PowerPoint presentation. And this is especially a neat trick when combined with hide and appear animations within your layouts. This PowerPoint trick works in all versions of Microsoft PowerPoint including PowerPoint 2007, PowerPoint 2010, PowerPoint 2013 and PowerPoint 2016. A couple of quick notes to remember when using hyperlinks to display rollover text onscreen in PowerPoint: #1: You are limited to 256 characters (including spaces), which is approximately 48 words #2: You can only view the rollover text in the presentation mode of your PowerPoint deck (it will not display in the normal view of your deck) #3: You want to link the hyperlink to the slide on which you want to display the rollover text so that if you click the link, you remain on the same slide (unless you want to hyperlink somewhere else within your document) Shortcuts covered in this PowerPoint tutorial: -- CTRL + K - with either text or an object selected, opens the insert hyperlink dialog box -- SHIFT + F5 - starts your presentation mode from the current slide you are on This PowerPoint tricks works in PowerPoint 2007, PowerPoint 2010, PowerPoint 2013 and PowerPoint 2016.
