Does the contractor make or fill the BRD (business requirement document) while he is preparing the proposal for tender or that's comes after the contract or the charter of the project, if so what is produced in the proposal to attain the approval.

Can we say the SOW produced by the customer is the preliminary scope of the project? presented in the request for proposal or the brochure of specifications and conditions?

Do the WBS, CBS, RBS, and the detailed project schedule refer to the project proposal? I mean is what is proposed in the proposal consider the output of the planning process (project management plan) which will be the project baseline after client approval.

The SOW is one of the inputs of the "Project Charter". But How can the WBS, CBS, RBS, and the detailed project schedule be an input to the project charter since all of these are the output from the planning process group?

May be under the scope statement list a key part is the "Contractual dates, responsabilities" and those under the "suncontractor´ scope of work".

So the Baseline does not consider Schedule and Budget approval just the Scope?

The scope baseline includes the WBS. The WBS has at its lowest level work packages where work is scheduled and estimated, monitored and controlled.
