This is a good start-up list. I use the free AI List excel file from JTFEng.com to do it. Set the vision and document it, communicate the charter to team members, get formal sign-offs, nearly all of it actually.
1) You must be the expert of the project but about the field... You can become an expert, but no The expert. 2) Vision. A great topic. 3) Project Charter. Communication is not that easy as it may -will- contain confidential information. 4) Sing-offs. Sometimes you can just send it and in a meeting ask for comments and register in the minutes that it has been approved. 5) Notebook. brochure?, PM plan? work-book? confidentiality? 6) Relationships. I suggest to do a plan agenda to build relations.
